Before filling the form please read the instructions below :-
1) All fields are mandatory and should not be left blank.
2) Once you submit the form, see the confirmation report.
3) Dont send mail requesting previous charts, etc. and will not be entertained.
4) Your validity of profile is for 4 months only.
5) After 4 months, you have to register again
6) Charts in PDF format only will be uploaded in Download Section. No request of hard copy of the chart would be entertained.
7) In no case, mails to other ID's other than provided in the Form would be entertained nor replied.
8) If mail is bounced back for any reason, of if any of the members complaints about the contact person Mobile number is not attended to, profile would be deleted without any intimation.
9) Hence, care should be taken while entering all the data in the Registration form.
10) If you have queries, write mail to sreelalithatrust@gmail.com and after confirmation, proceed.
11) Do not forget to send us Mail, once marriage has been settled, so that profile would be deleted from next charts, else you would be receiving mails and calls if available in chart.
